PTFE Rods doped glass fiber

This material has excellent chemical resistance, indifference, saline and low coefficient of friction in the temperature range from -90 ^{o C to + 250 o C, but has low strength and low resistance to abrasion. PTFE shafts with 25% doped glass fibers are used as sealing elements, anti-corrosion coatings and adhesive products, medical devices, components, items of equipment used in the chemical industry (connectors, gaskets, floor equipment), machine parts (eg bearings).}
