PerfoGraf reinforced sheets
Expanded graphite sealing sheets reinforced with a tanged insert. PerfoGraf sheets are delivered in P 1 x 1,2 m and F 1,5 x 1,5 m formats and in jumbo T 2 x 2 m format. Standard plate thicknesses are: 1 1,5 2 and 3 mm but also 4 and 5 mm thicknesses are available.
AluGraf laminated sheets
The AluGraf sheet is pressed to form of a laminate from graphite foil and aluminium. The standard size of AluGraf boards is format P 1 x 1,2 meters, available in thicknesses: 0,8 1 1,5 and 3 mm.
MultiGraf multilayer sheets
Sealing sheets made form of a fewlayer laminate from graphite foil with 2 or 3 acid-proof inserts. The standard size of a MultiGraf sheet is format P 1,5 x 1,5 meter, available thicknesses: 2 and 3 mm.
TermGraf sheets and graphite foil
Sealing sheets and foil made of pure graphite, reinforced by multirolling and planar orientation of the structure. The boards are available in 1 x 1,2 meter sheets or in foil in rolls with width 1 meter and 0,5 0,7 and 1 mm of thickness.
Termika sheets and foil
Sealing sheets and foil made of mica phlogopite type, which has excellent sealing also insulating properties in a wide range of operating temperatures up to 1000°C. Mica sheets are delivered in sheet with a format P 1 x 1,2 m for thicknesses: 1,5 2 or 3 mm and as foil with width 1 m for thicknesses: 0,5 0,7 1 or 1,5 mm.
Termika RF reinforced sheets
Sealing sheets reinforced with a tanged insert. Termika R sheets are delivered in standard format 1 x 1,2 m for thicknesses: 1,5 2 and 3 mm.
Biflexon sealing sheets
Sealing sheets made from bidirectionally expanded PTFE. In addition the material is reinforced by on high level of internal structure. Biflexon sheets are available in a format F 1,5 x 1,5 meter and in thicknesses: 0,5 1 1,5 2 3 4 and 5 mm.
PTFE sheets and foil
However solid PTFE is a little hard and has worst sealing properties, but it has excellent chemical and thermal resistivity. Therefore, the PTFE foil and sheets are very popular gasket material. Thicknesses in scope from 0,2 up to 1 mm as foil and from 1 up to 8 mm as sheets are available
F-150 fibrillar sheets
The sheets are a composite made from mixture of compressed cellulose and aramid fiber bonded with NBR elastomer. The F-150 sheets are designed for cutting less demanding gaskets in low operating temperatures and not to high pressure.
Because the purpose of gaskets is to fill leaks and permanent compensation of joints, their basic feature is compressibility and elastic recovery, which are the essence of the sealing material. Traditionally, the production of gaskets uses precursor sheets of flexible material, i.e. gasket sheets, from which gaskets with the required sizes and shapes are punched out. In the past, there were sheets of leather, cork, rubber, cardboard, felt, asbestos, etc. Because in the modern equipment significantly increased the requirements for working conditions of gaskets and their durability, therefore more advanced materials are at present used, such as: PTFE, graphite, mica, compressed fiber glass, aramid and carbon fibers bonded with elastomers.
