Gland packing Grafopak GRA 450
Gland packing made of a 99% purity expanded graphite, secured by the inhibitor from a galvanic corrosion risk. Designed for sealing of water impeller pumps, chemicals and petroleum compounds up to 450 °C, except strongly oxidizing and abrasive media.
Gland packing Grafopak GRP 420
Packing made of expanded graphite yarn with addition of carbon fiber, impregnated with PTFE dispersion. This packing has an excellent heat conductivity, a low friction factor, excellent self-lubricating properties. Furthermore it has higher tolerance to the stuffing box bad condition than pure graphite, it is less fragile and more easy to assembling.
Gland packing Karbopak HR 660 / XR 640
Packing made of highly purity C98 carbon fiber with graphite impregnation – HR 660 type or braided with flexible graphite yarn – XR 640 type. It consists of a almost pure carbon of a planar and fibrous structure. They have good sliding properties, also a high chemical and thermal resistance, even up to 900°C for reducing media.
Gland packing Karbopak KA 400
Packing made of carbonized carbon fiber with impregnation of graphite dispersion. The high carbon content, strength and good sliding proprieties recommends this packing for dynamic seals of pumps in the range up to 300°C.
Gland packing Karbonyl KL 380
The packing based on phenol-aldehyde fiber with high contents of carbon and with PTFE impregnation. This fiber has a characteristic red-brown color and excellent mechanical properties, which combine both: softness low friction and high strength. On the contrary to aramid packing, the Karbonyl does not cause excessive friction and wear of pump rotating elements.
Gland packing Inkograf IGP 600
Packing based on expandable graphite (purity 99%), reinforced by wire made of nickel alloy. Sacrificial anode is used as the corrosion protection system. Designed for repairs and service of industry fittings and high-pressure valves, It is an ideal substitute of pure graphite die-form rings GDR.
Gland packing Inkograf HTR 650
Packing based on a metal-graphite composite, with corrosion inhibitor and antioxidant addition. Packing designed for closing rings of valves stuffing boxes and for maintenance of a high-pressure equipment.
Gland packing Tefapak GRF 260
Packing made of graphited PTFE. High chemical resistance, low friction factor, excellent mechanical properties. It is very soft and elastic packing, reliable and easy in assembling, highly valued by users, with a wide range of application.
Gland packing Tefapak RAM 220
Packing based on expanded PTFE and ramie fibers with particularly high resistance to friction wear. It is a neutral packing with a pale-yellow color, economical and reliable, provided that there is no risk of chemical and temperature influences.
Gland packing Tefapak PUR 200
White packing made of 100% virgin PTFE with high purity. Designed for use in dynamic and static seals in
hygienic condition also for work in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. Packing has health quality approval up to 260°C (acc. EU 10/2011).
Gland packing Tefapak BOL 210
Packing made of expanded PTFE, impregnated with lubricant based on composition special oils. Designed for sealing centrifugal pumps working with low level of contaminating solid particles and for water pumps.
Gland packing Arampak AG 360 / XG 340 / ZG 320
Hybrid packing composed of graphited PTFE and aramid yarn, in option as reinforced corners or interleaved through (zebra weave). Designed for impeller and reciprocating pumps for liquids with high dynamic interaction also abrasive and highly contaminated (sewage, dewatering systems and hydro-transport).
Gland packing Arampak AP 300 / XP 310
Arampak AP 300 / XP 310 Packing made of a high resistant aramid fibers, deeply PTFE dispersion impregnated. Designed for seals of highly contaminated or crystallizing liquids, for usage in sewage pumps, hydro-transport, food and paper industry.
